Freitag, 24.08.2018: On the existence of static perturbations of the Schwarzschild metric with some given boundary conditions

Motivated by the quasi-local mass problem in general relativity, we investigate the Bartnik's static metric extension conjecture. In particular, in this talk, we will present some partial results towards the proof of the existence of static perturbations of the Schwarzschild metric for some given Barnitk's boundary conditions.
