Mathematical Methods in Computer Science

Welcome to the working group “Mathematical Methods in Computer Science”! We are located at the intersection of the departments of mathematics and computer science in Tübingen and hope to strengthen the connection between these fields. Our research is centered on the mathematical foundations of machine learning, aiming towards a causal and mechanistic understanding of learning methods.
