Please also send us an e-mail for faster processing of your application.

Fill out the form with all the fields, including your name (readable) and the signature of your supervisor or of your department and bring it to us during our office times. You can also send the application to us by email, but should still send the original version to us by post or bring it to us to our office.

The account password can then be sent to you by email. Alternatively we can leave the login information in a sealed letter by your supervisor.
