Excitation dynamics of facilitated Rydberg gases in tweezer arrays
Radhika Joshi
Quantum many body physics has been an area of research for long
time. Rydberg atoms, being a promising platform for experimental
realisation have proved to be a significant reason for the recent progress.
The applications of systems of Rydberg atoms in newly growing fields of
quantum computing and quantum information makes the study of such systems
even more interesting and important. In this project, I have analysed a
particular system of this kind. This includes considering a particular
number of Rydberg atoms in a specific configuration in space and then
seeing the effect of different kinds of interactions that arise within the
system as well as with the environment on the dynamics of the system.
